Product UX Designer · Systems & Platform Design
I design workflow-driven platforms, dashboards, and digital tools for complex environments. My work sits at the intersection of user needs, technical systems, and business goals, turning ambiguity into structured, scalable product experiences.
About Me
I'm a Product UX Designer with 5+ years of experience designing operational platforms and workflow-driven tools across industrial, healthcare, QSR, and enterprise environments.
My work focuses on simplifying complexity, translating technical systems, user needs, and business requirements into clear, data-driven interfaces that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. I've designed diagnostic dashboards, control interfaces, and workflow systems used by technicians and operators in real-world environments.
I approach design as a system is understanding dependencies, constraints, and user behavior before moving into UI. This allows me to create solutions that are not only usable, but scalable and aligned with product and business goals.
What I Do
Design operational platforms, dashboards, and workflow tools
Create scalable interaction patterns and design systems
Lead UX from discovery through delivery
Translate complex technical systems into structured UX solutions
Improve decision-making through data-driven interfaces
How I Work
Systems-first thinking
I start by understanding the full system—users, workflows, constraints, and business goals—before designing interfaces.
Clarity in complexity
I focus on simplifying complex processes into intuitive, efficient user experiences.
Research-driven decisions
I use interviews, task analysis, and synthesis to identify real problems and inform product direction.
Cross-functional collaboration
I work closely with engineering and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
Experience Snapshot
Designed UX for industrial control systems, embedded platforms, and enterprise tools
Built diagnostic dashboards that reduced hardware validation cycles from 3 months to 1 week
Improved technician workflows and reduced system complexity through structured UX redesign
Conducted stakeholder workshops and synthesized 300+ insights into product opportunities
Experience across QSR, healthcare, security, and enterprise environments
What I'm Looking For
